Overview
The Customer Outage Portal is a web-based application that allows utility customers to view current incidents in Responder, including detailed information about those incidents. The Customer Outage Portal also provides an example of how you can allow customers to report an outage through the application.
The Customer Outage Portal can be deployed in Portal for ArcGIS or within an ArcGIS Online organizational account. The application consists of:
- An outage feature service {can be published using the sample file geodatabase and mxd file installed as part of the MSI - Located by default in C:\Program Files (x86)\Miner and Miner\Sample Data}
- An outage map {created based on the outage feature service}
- An application built with WebApp Builder hosted in ArcGIS Online

The Customer Outage Portal requires specific technical experience and software.
