Responder Customer Labeling for electric utilities allows the general public and internal resources to review live active outages.

Your organization and the general public can use ArcGIS Online to access the Responder Customer Labeling webmap.

OutageLabel.gdb – File geodatabase which contains two tables from Responder which are updated by Responder whenever an outage is active.
OutageLabel.mxd – MXD designed to automatically capture information from the Responder Tables. This MXD is used to publish a map service for use in Basic Viewer Application.
