Surface Area and Total Length summaries are not calculated correctly for Gas data despite correct calculations in Electric data (EXI-1396 - fixed in Pro 2.4).
Custom Construction tools (Phase Assign) ignore Utility Network rules based snapping – (Esri BUG-000116943 - fixed in Pro 2.4) Custom construction tools allow for the snapping of features that don’t have mutual rules in the Rules table leading to validation errors that the rules based snapping wouldn’t have allowed.
Subnet Line summaries are not consistent when compared with a calculation of the fields – (ArcGIS Enterprise Bug - BUG-000114245 - fixed in Pro 2.3) The network management tool is given false information in regard to the summaries that are configured on the subnetline using Esri tooling for gas data.
EXI-1291 - When Map and Feature Services are shared to Everyone, we are not able to create versions through the REST API even though there are valid credentials tied to the request
