Requesting a New or Replacement License
Current ArcFM Solution clients needing replacement or new licenses will use myArcFM to submit the request. In myArcFM access the Log a Case menu and choose License Request to start the process. Here is an image of the link selection and the request interface:

You must include the MAC Address of the system the license is for or the Sentinel Key from your hardware dongle. If this is a replacement license, include the MAC Address of the license you are replacing. The MAC and other information can be obtained with the Hardware ID Tool.
If this is a new request, specify how many seats of each product you need the license to include.
