What's New in 10.2.1c

 

This page outlines what's new in the current release. If you are upgrading from more than one release prior, it is important to review all What's New pages for each release between your original release and the release to which you are upgrading.

 

In addition to the specific functionality listed below, 10.2.1c adds support for Windows 10 and ArcGIS 10.4.

ArcFM Desktop

  • Designer Express - Work locations can be added to the map. You can now open a Design Estimate, organize DFCs and cost items into Work Location groups, and add Cost Item text to the map.
  • Designer Express - Facility Sketcher now supports a transfer workflow.
  • Designer Express - When a feature is unselected in Facility Sketcher, it is removed from the highlighted features in the map.
  • Swizzle Joins - Using the ArcFM Data Source Wizard, a Stored Display or Stored Document that has existing joins in place - FM2 and other - can have its Data Source changed successfully.
  • Auto Highlight - After the map is completely drawn, features are automatically highlighted in specific situations. See the online help for more information.

 

ArcFM Engine

  • There is no new functionality in this release.

 

ArcFM Server

  • There is no new functionality in this release.

 

Fiber Manager

  • There is no new functionality in this release.

 

Geodatabase Manager

  • There is no new functionality in this release.

 

Geodatabase Replication

  • There is no new functionality in this release.

 

Overhead Design Analysis

  • Circuit crossings are now supported.
  • Multiple tap off or stub poles can now be added to a given inline pole in order to more accurately represent complex service drop or guying scenarios.
  • You can manually override the angle of a pole top assembly where automatic assembly rotation did not provide the optimal angle.

 

Responder

  • Significant enhancements have been made to the Responder Prediction Engine, enabling hundreds of thousands of calls and AMI events to be processed per hour by the system.
  • A device can be added to more than one incident. The device must be in a Normal state for all incidents of which it is a part at the time of the new incident.
  • A Trace by Distance tool is now available as a “Cool Tool” to trace the distance from a device to a given click point.
  • Phasing has been added to the Customers tab on the Incident Details view.
  • The Web Map Viewer automatically refreshes every minute by default. The refresh rate is configurable.
  • On Notify Network Change, Staggered Restart is the default.
  • Switch Order Requests on Responder Web can be saved and reviewed before it is officially submitted. Customization is also possible to the fields on the Switch Order Request form.

 

Responder Mobile

  • There is no new functionality in this release.
