Entries in italics are supported but not certified. Uncertified environments are given full normal support, and any issues found to be caused by incompatibility with the uncertified software will be evaluated for resolution.
Hardware requirements for Editor XI follow those for Esri's ArcGIS Pro, which can be found here.
Please note that while ArcFM Editor requires a specific version of ArcGIS Pro, it also requires a specific version of ArcSDE per Esri help documentation. We will support, to the best of our ability, combinations of versions that do not match, but doing so is not recommended, and we will not provide patches to our software to support such combinations.
Service packs and patches for operating systems and database management systems already listed as supported or certified in the charts below are automatically considered supported, but not certified, unless noted otherwise.
General Availability support is denoted by (GA) in the header. See ArcFM XI Series Product Life Cycle Support Policy for more details.
SE makes efforts to support new releases of Esri software (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, UN Versions) within 1-2 months of their release on current GA versions. This can depend on the size of changes Esri made and if problems are found in certification testing. SE will post information about their support as soon as it is available.
